四川省蜂螫傷規范化診治專家共識_《華西醫學》

目前國內外尚缺乏蜂螫傷規范化診治相關的指南，臨床工作中存在對蜂螫傷可能導致的嚴重損傷早期病情評估不足及缺乏統一的治療方案等問題，從而影響預后。為此，四川省急診醫學專委會特組織了中毒與復蘇學組專家在對四川省內蜂螫傷發病情況及診療現狀進行初步流行病學調查的基礎上，對蜂螫傷診治進展進行了總結，形成了《四川省蜂螫傷規范化診治專家共識》，作為蜂螫傷治療的指導。然而蜂螫傷治療的療效受多種因素影響，只有結合具體情況，在規范化基礎上進行個體化治療才能達到最佳治療效果。隨著相關臨床證據的不斷積累，專家委員會也將對共識內容進行不斷更新。
