多體素H1-磁共振波譜對腦膠質瘤術后切除程度評估的價值_《華西醫學》

目的　探討3D-多體素磁共振波譜（MRS）在評估腦膠質瘤手術切除程度的價值。方法　對2011年6月－2012年4月32例腦膠質瘤患者術后行常規MRI及MRS檢查，測定分析手術周邊區域主要代謝產物N-乙酰天門冬氨酸（NAA）、膽堿（Cho）、肌酸（Cr）、Cho/NAA、Cho/Cr及NAA/Cr比值，對術后膠質瘤切除程度進行評價。同時通過術后病理檢查結果評估腫瘤切除程度，再與MRS評估結果相比較。結果　32例中病理評估為9例全切除，23例為大部分切除；MRS評估為11例全切除，21例為大部分切除，評估結果與術后病理評估結果差異無統計學意義（P＞0.05）。結論　MRS可以無創評價膠質瘤切除程度，為膠質瘤預后判定及進一步治療提供了重要的依據。
