微創技術在治療跟骨骨折中的應用進展_《中國修復重建外科雜志》

目的總結微創技術在治療跟骨骨折中的應用進展，分析總結各種方法的優缺點及進一步研究方向。方法查閱近年來國內外各種微創技術治療跟骨骨折的相關文獻，進行綜合分析。結果經皮撬撥復位內固定、小切口、外固定支架、關節鏡輔助下復位、經皮球囊擴張復位等各種微創技術在治療跟骨骨折中各有優點和局限性，但各項技術均發展迅速，日趨成熟。結論多種微創方法在治療跟骨骨折中不僅可單獨操作，也可聯合使用。如何在提高療效的基礎上進一步擴大適應證，并從循證醫學的角度提供理論依據，有待進一步研究。
