基金資助的中國臨床試驗注冊情況調查_《中國循證醫學雜志》

目的　調查基金資助中國主持的臨床試驗注冊數量及基金注冊信息的規范化。
方法　檢索世界衛生組織國際臨床試驗注冊平臺（WHOICRP）首批一級注冊中心，篩選由中國主持的臨床試驗，統計基金資助數量及資助機構，并評價基金注冊信息的規范化。
結果　中國主持的臨床試驗在WHOICRP首批一級注冊中心共注冊383個：在美國臨床試驗注冊中心注冊219個（年均27個）、中國臨床試驗注冊中心注冊94個（年均113個）、英國臨床試驗注冊中心注冊62個（年均12.4個）、澳大利亞-新西蘭臨床試驗注冊中心注冊8個（年均1.6個）。有360個試驗受各類基金資助，其中大陸機構資助230個（大專院校62個、國家/地方機構47個、科技部47個、醫院34個、商業機構28個、國際基金9個、衛生部3個）、香港資助117個、中國臺灣資助13個。基金項目名稱注冊信息不夠規范。
結論　中國主持的臨床試驗數量和基金資助的臨床試驗注冊數量及比例均低，基金項目名稱注冊信息的規范化良莠不齊。應完善基金注冊標準的制定，加強宣傳和引導，不斷推動基金資助試驗的注冊，尤其是在本國的注冊，促進臨床試驗注冊的透明度和公益性。
