目的　全面評估四川大學華西醫院卒中中心的構建與實施情況，并制定下一步發展計劃，以推動急性卒中規范化綜合醫療的發展。
方法　對四川大學華西醫院卒中中心的構建情況進行詳細全面評估，以掌握卒中中心的具體實施情況，并針對存在的問題制定出今后的發展計劃。
結果　華西醫院已初步完善初級卒中中心的構建。且自 2003 年該院建立卒中中心以來，卒中患者的病死率減低，平均住院時間縮短。
結論　在四川大學華西醫院，構建實施卒中中心切實可行，且效果顯著。
