依立雄胺對經尿道前列腺切除術后肉眼血尿的治療作用_《中國循證醫學雜志》

目的　評價依立雄胺對經尿道前列腺切除（TURP）術后肉眼血尿的治療作用。
方法　將TURP術后發生肉眼血尿的患者按入院順序分為兩組，試驗組25 例除常規對癥處理外，服用依立雄胺5 mg bid，3 個月，對照組25例僅常規對癥處理。
結果　隨訪6個月后，試驗組的肉眼血尿復發率（30%）明顯低于對照組（63%），且試驗組的復發肉眼血尿分級也明顯低于對照組（P lt;0.05）。
結論　依立雄胺可有效減少TURP 術后肉眼血尿的發生。
