目的　調查分析醫學生與老年患者交流/溝通的現狀，以提高醫學生的醫患溝通技能。
方法　對90名醫學實習生進行問卷調查，數據錄入和分析采用SPSS 13.0軟件。
結果　醫學生對醫患交流/溝通的重要性有一定認識，但在溝通的主動性上不夠充分；對于醫患溝通內容和背景知識的準備還遠遠不夠。
結論　應加強對醫學生交流/溝通技能的培養，培養適合現代醫學模式的高級醫學人才。
