日本漢方醫學領域循證醫學研究現狀及其啟示_《中國循證醫學雜志》

目的　對日本漢方醫學的循證醫學研究現狀進行總結。
方法　系統評價日本東洋醫學會（JSOM）循證醫學工作組對日本漢方醫學的循證醫學評價和總結報告。
結果　 JSOM 的循證醫學特別委員會成立較早，并在全日本范圍內進行了三次漢方治療的系統總結與評價，其制劑質量規范可靠。2009 版漢方診療指南對日本漢方臨床的診療可望有較好的推動作用。
結論　為促進我國中醫藥循證醫學的發展，我們需要借鑒JSOM 的循證醫學研究計劃，重視研究數據的真實性、重視非隨機試驗的科學分析和報告；根據中醫學的特點，由簡到繁、系統地開展循證醫學研究。
