中國人Resistin基因SNP-420C/G多態性與2型糖尿病發病風險關系的Meta分析_《中國循證醫學雜志》

目的　利用Meta分析的方法，綜合評價Resistin基因SNP-420C/G位點多態與中國漢族人2型糖尿病發病的相關性。
方法　計算機檢索2001年1月～2010年7月CNKI、萬方、VIP、中國生物醫學服務系統（SinoMed）和PubMed數據庫，并手工檢索相關雜志，收集有關中國漢族人群Resistin基因-420C/G位點多態的基因型頻率和/或等位基因頻率的獨立病例對照研究。在評價納入研究質量，提取有效數據后，采用RevMan 4.2軟件進行Meta分析。
結果　共納入5個病例對照研究，包括2型糖尿病組709例，對照組572例。Meta分析結果顯示：以CC基因型為暴露因素，具有CC基因型的人群2型糖尿病發病風險無明顯增高［OR=1.02，95%CI（0.81，1.29）］；以GG基因型為暴露因素，具有GG基因型的人群2型糖尿病發病風險無明顯增高［OR=1.34，95%CI（0.95，1.90）］。
結論　本Meta分析結果提示，中國漢族人群Resistin基因SNP-420C/G位點多態可能與2型糖尿病的發病不相關。
