目的　探討胸腺樣分化甲狀腺癌的診斷、治療及隨訪方式。
方法　通過1例胸腺樣分化甲狀腺癌的回顧性病歷分析，檢索相關國內外文獻，分析對該病的確診結果、治療方法及隨訪指標。
結果　胸腺樣分化甲狀腺癌只能以病理結合免疫組化診斷為確診方法，手術為主要治療手段，超聲、CT檢查可做為隨訪指標。
結論　胸腺樣分化甲狀腺癌是一種特殊類型的甲狀腺癌，其診斷、治療及隨訪方式均不同于分化型甲狀腺癌。
