【摘要】　目的　探討帕瑞昔布鈉超前鎮痛對婦科腹腔鏡術患者的影響。　方法　 2009年9-10月隨機選擇行婦科腹腔鏡術患者60例，分為試驗組、對照組各30例。試驗組手術前15 min靜脈注射帕瑞昔布鈉40 mg （10 mL），對照組注射生理鹽水10 mL，記錄術后1、2、4、6、12、24 h視覺模擬評分（VAS）。　結果　試驗組VAS明顯低于對照組，差異有統計學意義（P lt;0.05）。　結論　帕瑞昔布鈉超前鎮痛對婦科腹腔鏡手術患者有較好的鎮痛效果。
