糖尿病足潰瘍面積及體積計算的方法學介紹_《華西醫學》

目的：對糖尿病足潰瘍中面積和體積計算的方法學的臨床應用進行評價。方法：廣泛查閱文獻,并結合我們的實際，對計算糖尿病足潰瘍中面積和體積的各種方法效果進行綜合分析。結果：目前常用于計算糖尿病足潰瘍面積的方法有公式法、數碼照像計算法、無菌薄膜勾邊法等，但以數碼照像計算法更準確，更易被患者接受；目前常用于計算糖尿病足潰瘍體積的方法有公式法、媒介填充法、CT足部掃描法等，但以媒介填充法更經濟易行。結論：數碼照像計算法是目前較好的用于測量糖尿病足潰瘍面積的方法，而媒介填充法是較簡便易行的測量糖尿病足潰瘍體積的方法。
