經臍單孔腹腔鏡膽囊切除術與常規腹腔鏡膽囊切除術的臨床療效比較_《中國普外基礎與臨床雜志》

目的比較經臍單孔腹腔鏡膽囊切除術(LC)與常規LC的的優、缺點。方法回顧性分析2009年11月至2010年11月期間45例行擇期膽囊切除患者，分別行經臍單孔LC(經臍LC組，n=20)和常規LC(常規LC組，n=25)。比較2組患者的手術時間、術后3 d肝功能評分、術后3 d應用止痛藥頻率、術后首次下床時間、術后住院時間、術中失血量及術后1個月慢性疼痛情況。結果除常規LC組1例由于Mirizzi綜合征而中轉開腹外，余均順利完成手術。術后3 d內應用止痛藥頻率和術后住院時間，經臍LC組優于常規LC組(P lt;0.05); 而術后1個月內手術區域慢性疼痛及肝功能評分方面，經臍LC組與常規LC組比較差異無統計學意義(P gt;0.05); 手術時間和術中失血量方面常規LC組優于經臍LC組(P lt;0.05，P lt;0.01)。結論經臍單孔LC具有傷口小、疼痛輕及恢復快的優點。
