目的綜合評述N-myc下游調節基因1（NDRG1）的作用以及該基因在腫瘤中的研究進展情況。方法收集近年來有關NDRG1作用及其與腫瘤關系的文獻并作綜述。結果 NDRG1在機體對組織缺氧的反應、組織分化等方面發揮著重要作用，在腫瘤的形成以及侵襲和轉移中的作用尤為突出。結論 NDRG1可能是腫瘤轉移方面的一個候選相關基因，有望成為腫瘤的一個預后指標。
