目的探討結直腸癌患者Glasgow預后分數（Glasgow prognostic score，GPS）與短期預后的關系。方法前瞻性納入2009年4～6月期間經病理診斷為結直腸癌的住院患者。所有患者均于術前3 d與術后1 d測定血清C反應蛋白及白蛋白水平，并以此計算術前及術后的GPS分值，分析GPS與結直腸癌患者短期預后的關系。結果本研究共納入結直腸癌患者38例。術前GPS與病理M分期（P=0.007）和TNM分期（P=0.013）有關，與病理T分期及N分期無關（P gt;0.05）；術后GPS與病理T、N、M分期與TNM分期均無關（P gt;0.05）。術前及術后GPS與結直腸癌患者術后生存質量和術后并發癥發生情況均無關（P gt;0.05）。結論術前GPS與結直腸癌病理M分期與TNM分期有關。機體炎癥反應可能不是結直腸癌患者術后近期預后的決定性因素。
