【摘要】目的研究熱休克蛋白90α（HSP90α）在人肝細胞性肝癌（HCC）組織中的表達，并探討其與腫瘤生物學行為及預后的關系。方法采用免疫組織化學方法檢測10例正常肝組織、40例HCC組織及其癌旁組織中HSP90α的表達。結果HSP90α在正常肝臟、癌旁組織及肝細胞性肝癌中的表達陽性率分別為10.0%、52.5%及72.5%，在肝細胞性肝癌中的表達陽性率明顯高于正常肝組織和癌旁組織（P＜0.05）。HCC 的HSP90α陽性表達與腫瘤的臨床分期、分化程度、累及漿膜狀況及淋巴結轉移狀況顯著相關（P＜0.05）；而與腫瘤數目無關（P gt;0.05）。HSP90α陰性表達者的預后顯著優于HSP90α陽性表達者，術后平均無瘤生存期前者為38.6個月，后者為25.5個月（P＜0.05）。結論HSP90α在肝細胞性肝癌中的表達明顯增強，HSP90α表達與HCC的臨床分期、腫瘤分化程度、累及漿膜狀況及淋巴結轉移狀況有關，可作為判斷預后的指標之一。
