目的總結下肢血管開放性損傷的臨床特點，以提高其診斷和治療水平。方法回顧性分析我院1999～2001年收治的25例下肢血管開放性損傷患者的臨床表現、輔助檢查以及手術處理等特點，討論下肢血管開放性損傷的診治。結果25例患者經急診手術修補或重建血管，其中動脈損傷18例，動、靜脈聯合傷7例；修復動脈缺損時5例使用大隱靜脈，5例使用人造血管。24例痊愈（96%），1例術后40天血管閉塞并失去隨訪。結論下肢血管開放性損傷應盡早明確診斷并行手術修補或重建血管，以降低死亡率及致殘率。
