目的了解選擇素在急性胰腺炎發病及病程進展中的作用，為進一步研究提供方向，指導臨床治療實踐。方法綜述選擇素在急性胰腺炎時的病理生理作用機理。結果選擇素水平在急性胰腺炎過程中有明顯變化，并與細胞因子、氧自由基、補體等密切相關。結論選擇素是急性胰腺炎病理機理的組成部分，其表達水平對臨床疾病的觀察及治療有指導意義。
