大腸癌組織中微血管定量檢測的臨床價值_《中國普外基礎與臨床雜志》

目的探討腫瘤新生血管形成在大腸癌進展中的作用。
方法采用鼠抗人第八因子相關抗原單克隆抗體的免疫組織化學ABC法，對102例大腸癌手術切除標本中微血管進行定量檢測。計數200倍視野下3個最高血管密度區的微血管數（MVC），取其均數，分析MVC與大腸癌臨床病理因素及預后之間的關系。
結果 MVC與大腸癌Dukes分期、淋巴結轉移及肝轉移有關（P＜0.01）；高MVC組（MVC≥14個）大腸癌術后復發率（60.4%）顯著高于低MVC組（MVC＜14個）的復發率（26.5%），P＜0.01，高MVC患者預后比低MVC患者差（P＜0.01）。
結論大腸癌組織內的MVC是預測腫瘤惡性生物學行為的一個有用指標，可用于識別有高危復發和不良預后的病例。
