p27在甲狀腺濾泡狀腫瘤中的表達及其意義_《中國普外基礎與臨床雜志》

目的了解p27在良惡性甲狀腺濾泡狀腫瘤中的表達及其意義。方法應用S-P免疫組化法，測定了53例甲狀腺濾泡狀腫瘤及10例正常甲狀腺組織中p27的表達。結果 p27蛋白表達水平在正常甲狀腺組織最高，甲狀腺濾泡狀腺瘤次之，甲狀腺濾泡狀腺癌最低，其中甲狀腺濾泡狀腺癌微浸潤型與廣泛浸潤型及轉移型與非轉移型比較，差異均無顯著性意義(P＞0.05)。Logistic回歸分析顯示，p27能有效地判別甲狀腺腺瘤與濾泡狀腺癌(P＝0.0048)。結論 p27參與了甲狀腺濾泡狀上皮的惡性轉化，甲狀腺濾泡狀上皮的轉化可能與p27蛋白降低有關。p27蛋白表達水平的測定有助于甲狀腺濾泡狀腫瘤良惡性的鑒別。
