目的觀察血管內皮生長因子（VEGF）及β3整合素在肉芽組織血管生成中表達的動態變化。方法 RT-PCR法及免疫組織化學法觀察人正常皮下組織、增殖期肉芽組織（傷后7~12天）和成熟期肉芽組織（傷后30~35天）VEGF及β3整合素mRNA及蛋白的表達。結果 VEGF及β3整合素在正常皮下組織表達很低，在增殖期肉芽組織中表達明顯升高，而肉芽組織成熟后其表達又降低。結論 VEGF及β3整合素是血管生成過程中重要的調節因子。
