乳腺不典型增生及乳腺癌中Tenascin的表達_《中國普外基礎與臨床雜志》

為觀察Tenascin(TN)在乳腺不典型增生癌變過程中的表達變化，采用SP免疫組化染色法檢測了50例不同乳腺組織中TN的表達情況。結果顯示：正常及Ⅰ級增生的乳腺組織中無TN表達，2例Ⅱ級不典型增生的乳腺組織中有TN表達，Ⅲ級不典型增生及浸潤性導管癌中TN表達陽性率分別為80%和90%，與Ⅱ級不典型增生相比明顯增高(Ｐ＜0.01)。部分癌細胞胞漿中也有TN表達。本實驗結果提示，重度不典型增生的乳腺組織間質中TN的表達可能起限制不典型增生細胞向外生長的作用。
