膽石致膽管狹窄伴肝纖維化膠原蛋白的免疫組化觀察_《中國普外基礎與臨床雜志》

對21例擇期手術定位取材所獲得的5例左右肝管匯合部狹窄、7例Ⅰ級肝管狹窄、7例Ⅱ級肝管匯合部狹窄、10例Ⅱ級肝管狹窄及10例Ⅲ級肝管狹窄標本進行Ⅲ、Ⅳ型膠原蛋白的免疫組化觀察及定量分析。結果：正常膽管壁、門脈區及肝竇的Ⅲ型膠原呈淺淡而不連續的陽性染色，而狹窄膽管壁、門脈區及肝竇的Ⅲ型膠原則呈連續粗線狀陽性染色，與正常對照組比較，其差異非常顯著(Ｐ＜0.01)；在有膽管狹窄處的肝竇部，Ⅳ型膠原呈連續粗線狀陽性染色。
