乳腺上皮不典型增生時DNA含量、超微結構及腫瘤相關抗原變化的意義_《中國普外基礎與臨床雜志》

觀測正常乳腺、乳腺囊性增生病和乳腺癌細胞核DNA含量、細胞超微結構、Y抗原及免疫抑制性酸性蛋白(IAP-2)表達。結果：上皮增生Ⅰ級細胞與正常乳腺細胞相似；不典型增生細胞DNA含量增加，細胞膜和細胞核超微結構出現發育不良及去分化現象，部分不典型增生細胞見異常抗原表達；部分Ⅲ級不典型增生細胞DNA含量和超微結構與乳腺癌組織分化Ⅰ級細胞相似。提示在不典型增生階段，這些細胞的生物學異常和程度與其細胞分化程度、發展趨勢和癌變危險性大小密切相關。
