采用自動化圖像分析技術對47例殘胃黏膜異型增生細胞核進行DNA含量測定，并與15例無異型增生和10例殘胃癌標本進行比較。結果顯示：其DNA含量及細胞核面、周長、最大徑和最小徑均隨異型增生程度的加重呈遞增改變(P lt;0.01)，而形狀因子則呈遞減改變(P lt;0.05)；DNA含量直方圖呈規律性改變，特別是重度異型增生與殘胃癌在生物學特性方面具相似性。因此，測定細胞核DNA含量可為殘胃黏膜異型增生的分級、隨訪及癌變預測提供客觀依據。
