為觀察高鉀低鈉HX液(HX液)和高鈉低鉀HX液(HXm液)保存鼠肝的效果，實驗用采60只Wistar大鼠制成大鼠肝臟離體灌注模型，關隨機分為HX組(HX液保存，n=30)和HXm組(HXm液保存，n=30)，測定其肝竇內皮細胞死亡率、Krebs-Henseleit液酮體比、肝臟糖釋放量及肝組織含水量。結果表明，保存鼠肝6小時，兩者保存效果無顯著性差異，但保存時間延至12小時或更長時間，HX液保存效果則明顯優于HXm液。
