目的研究對比在二次冠狀動脈旁路移植術（re-CABG）患者中分別采用非體外循環和體外循環下冠狀動脈旁路移植術（off-pump CABG和on-pump CABG）的臨床早期結果，探討通過合理手術方式的選擇，提高re-CABG的手術療效。方法自2000年4月到2006年6月，21例首次CABG后因心絞痛復發患者在阜外心血管病醫院接受了re-CABG手術，其中10例行off-pump CABG(off-pump組), 11例行on-pump CABG(on-pump組)。兩組患者術前性別、年齡、體重、心肺功能、心絞痛程度、左心室舒張期末內徑、射血分數、合并高血壓、糖尿病等方面差異無統計學意義(P gt;0.05). 結果 On-pump組中患者術后死亡1例，冠狀動脈遠端吻合口數多于off-pump組（P lt;0.05); off-pump組無手術死亡，在手術時間、術后呼吸機輔助時間、胸腔引流液量、輸血量和手術后住院時間等方面，均明顯少于on-pump組（P lt;0.05). 結論 Off-pump CABG和on-pump CABG技術在re-CABG中都可以取得滿意療效，off-pump CABG下施行re-CABG安全可靠。
