關節鏡下double-needle縫線修復混合型半月板撕裂_《中國修復重建外科雜志》

　　目的探討關節鏡下采用double-needle縫線修復混合型半月板撕裂的療效。方法2006年4月－2011年1月，關節鏡下采用double-needle縫線修復22例單膝混合型半月板撕裂。男14例，女8例；年齡18～41歲，平均31.3歲。均為運動損傷。受傷至入院時間為2 d～4年，中位時間11個月。膝關節功能根據國際膝關節文獻委員會（IKDC）評分標準為（42.5 ± 15.2）分， Lysholm評分為（45.5 ± 13.5）分，Tegner評分為（2.9 ± 1.6）分。17例合并前交叉韌帶損傷。結果術后切口均Ⅰ期愈合，無神經、血管損傷。患者均獲隨訪，隨訪時間12～48個月，平均27.6個月。按照Barrett等的評定標準，19例半月板臨床愈合，臨床愈合率86%。末次隨訪時，患者膝關節活動度均恢復正常，IKDC評分為（77.1 ± 8.9）分，Lysholm評分為（79.8 ± 9.9）分，Tegner評分為（6.8 ± 1.6）分，與術前比較差異均有統計學意義（P lt; 0.05）。結論關節鏡下使用double-needle縫線由內向外修復混合型半月板撕裂固定牢固、療效肯定。
