【摘要】目的對多孔金屬鉭假體治療骨缺損的研究現狀作一綜述。方法廣泛查閱多孔金屬鉭假體特性
及其治療各種骨缺損的相關文獻，并進行綜述。結果多孔金屬鉭假體憑其特性，在某些類型的骨缺損治療中效果顯
著。結論多孔金屬鉭假體存在著自身優缺點，在符合其適應證的前提下使用可取得較好近期療效，為臨床骨缺損修
復提供了一種新參考，但遠期療效需進一步觀察。
