關節鏡下治療髖關節滑膜軟骨瘤的臨床療效_《中國修復重建外科雜志》

目的總結關節鏡下治療髖關節滑膜軟骨瘤的方法及臨床療效。方法2009年7月－2011年6月，對15例髖關節滑膜軟骨瘤于關節鏡下行滑膜清理和游離體摘除術。男11例，女4例；年齡21～45歲，平均33.1歲。左髖6例，右髖9例。病程12～43個月，平均23個月。主要臨床癥狀為患側髖關節活動受限、脹痛。疼痛視覺模擬評分（VAS）為（5.8 ± 1.1）分，髖關節活動度為（149.8 ± 27.5）°，Harris評分為（54.5 ± 13.3）分。結果術后切口均Ⅰ期愈合。患者均獲隨訪，隨訪時間6個月～2年，平均17.4個月。末次隨訪時VAS評分為（2.0 ± 1.2）分，髖關節活動度為（258.3 ± 35.4）°，Harris評分為（93.0 ± 18.7）分，以上指標均較術前顯著改善，差異有統計學意義（P lt; 0.05）。隨訪期間MRI檢查示均無復發。結論關節鏡下治療髖關節滑膜軟骨瘤創傷小，術后恢復快，可最大程度恢復髖關節功能和活動度。
