鎖骨鉤鋼板與三Endobutton 鋼板治療新鮮肩鎖關節脫位療效比較_《中國修復重建外科雜志》

目的與鎖骨鉤鋼板比較，探討三Endobutton鋼板治療Rockwood Ⅲ～Ⅴ型新鮮肩鎖關節脫位的臨床療效。方法2008年2月－2010年10月，收治40例Rockwood Ⅲ～Ⅴ型新鮮肩鎖關節脫位患者。其中22例采用鎖骨鉤鋼板治療（對照組），18例采用三Endobutton鋼板治療（試驗組）。兩組患者性別、年齡、病程、肩鎖關節脫位分型、疼痛視覺模擬評分（VAS）及Constant-Murley評分等一般資料比較，差異均無統計學意義（P gt; 0.05），具有可比性。結果術后切口均Ⅰ期愈合，無血管、神經損傷及感染等早期并發癥發生。患者均獲隨訪，試驗組隨訪時間12～20個月，平均15.8個月；對照組為13～24個月，平均17.2個月。末次隨訪時兩組患肩VAS評分及Constant-Murley評分比較，差異均有統計學意義（P lt; 0.05）。X線片示患者均無內固定物松動，無肩鎖關節再脫位。結論三Endobutton 鋼板治療術后肩關節疼痛及活動受限發生率均低于鎖骨鉤鋼板，是治療Rockwood Ⅲ～Ⅴ型新鮮肩鎖關節脫位的有效方法。
