目的　分析成都市公共衛生體系存在的問題,并為該體系的建設和完善提供決策依據和建議.
方法　運用廣義循證醫學原理和流行病學、衛生管理學研究方法,在數據檢索、提取和質量評價的基礎上,分析成都市公共衛生體系的現狀和問題,參考國內外研究結果,提出解決問題的思路與對策.
結果　國內外針對城市公共衛生體系建設的研究很少.面對嚴峻的公共衛生形勢,成都市現有的公共衛生體系投入嚴重不足,軟硬件建設急待加強.
結論　建議:成立成都市公共衛生管理委員會;統籌規劃,建立6個職能中心;立項資助本市重大疾病和關鍵技術研究;加大投入,建立籌資機制;建立人才培養中心,加強隊伍建設.
