通過TRIP和SUM search,檢索MEDLINE和Cochrane圖書館,獲得治療晚期帕金森病長期美多巴治療后合并開-關現象、異動癥以及伴抑郁的證椐,并對這些證據進行了評價.據所獲證據,結合醫生的經驗及病人的愿望制定了循證治療方案,患者癥狀得到明顯緩解.
