目前,新型農村合作醫療正在我國300多個縣(市)開展試點工作.然而,在農村總體經濟實力不強又面臨市場經濟沖擊的大形勢下,建立新型農村合作醫療制度將是一項十分艱難、復雜的工程.本文討論了新型農村合作醫療制度產生的歷史背景及如何增強農民對新型農村合作醫療制度的信心問題.
