臨床護理人員銳器傷現狀和防治措施研究進展_《華西醫學》

銳器傷在國內外醫務人員中發生率均非常高，極易傳播血源性感染疾病，對醫務人員造成較大的生理、心理和社會危害。文章綜述了國內外臨床護理人員銳器傷的流行病學情況、影響因素及危害，并全面闡述了護理人員銳器傷發生后的治療和預防措施，包括SHEL管理模式、建立風險管理機制、加強防范管理、加強標準預防知識培訓、提倡使用安全醫療器具和及時接種等等措施，給感染預防控制管理工作和臨床護理管理工作及保證醫護人員的職業健康提供參考依據。
