【摘要】　目的　通過對3例原發性肝臟神經內分泌癌患者的護理，總結該疾病的圍手術期護理要點。　方法　 2008年11月-2010年6月，在了解及掌握該疾病的原因、臨床表現及治療手段基礎上，對3例原發性肝臟神經內分泌癌患者進行精心護理，重點做好術前心理疏導和術后并發癥的觀察護理。　結果　 3例患者術后恢復良好，未發生并發癥，順利出院。　結論　做好原發性肝臟神經內分泌癌患者圍手術期護理能有效預防其并發癥的發生。
