角膜新生血管(corneal neovascularization,CNV)多見于感染、炎癥、外傷或角膜手術后。血管化的角膜不但嚴重影響視力,也是角膜移植失敗的主要原因。近年來,由于免疫學、分子生物學和藥理學等學科的進展,對CNV進行了深入的研究,在血管的形成機制和治療方面取得了一些成果。本文就CNV的治療進展作一綜述
