目的:探討上頜單頜拔牙矯治的的臨床效果、適應癥。方法:選擇18例安氏II類1分類錯牙合患者采用上頜單頜拔牙模式矯治,對矯治前后X線頭影測量數據進行對比分析。結果:① U1-SN增加4.84°,L1-MP增加2.78°,前牙覆蓋減少4.06 mm,覆牙合減少3.39 mm,上唇突度減小1.39 mm、鼻唇角增大3.06°,Z角增大3.22°。② 18例患者矯治后側貌明顯改善,前牙覆牙合覆蓋關系正常,磨牙呈完全遠中關系,尖牙為中性關系。結論:上頜單頜拔牙模式適用于下唇突度小的輕度擁擠的輕度骨性和牙源性的Ⅱ類1分類錯牙合。
