目的　探討東北地區遺傳性非息肉病性結直腸癌（HNPCC）家系腸外腫瘤譜的特點。
方法　對登記的85個嚴格符合Amsterdam標準Ⅱ的HNPCC家系腸外腫瘤譜特點進行回顧性分析。
結果　85個家系中，腫瘤患者509例，原發癌灶589例次，其中結腸癌219例，直腸癌91例，腸外腫瘤279例，腸外腫瘤最常見為肺癌。
結論　腸外腫瘤是HNPCC家系腫瘤譜的重要組成部分，東北地區常見的腸外腫瘤依次為肺癌、胃癌、子宮內膜癌、肝癌和食管癌。
