槐耳顆粒聯合FOLFOX4 方案治療結直腸癌的臨床觀察_《中國普外基礎與臨床雜志》

目的　觀察槐耳顆粒聯合FOLFOX4化療方案對結直腸癌患者的生存質量和免疫功能的影響。
方法　將76例有化療指征的結直腸癌術后患者隨機分成2組，試驗組給于槐耳顆粒＋FOLFOX4方案，對照組給予安慰劑＋FOLFOX4方案。觀察2組患者在治療前后的生存質量、一般狀況和免疫狀態的改變。
結果　試驗組和對照組治療有效率分別為92.1％（35/38）和65.8％（25/38）， χ2=7.91，P＜0.005；生存質量提高率分別為78.9％（30/38）和31.6％（12/38）， χ2=6.33，P＜0.05； CD3細胞提高率分別為65.8％（25/38）和23.7％（9/38）， χ2=7.96，P＜0.005； CD4/CD8比值提高率分別為68.4％（26/38）和28.9％（11/38）， χ2=10.53，P＜0.005。
結論　槐耳顆粒可顯著改善患者癥狀和生存質量，提高患者免疫狀態。槐耳顆粒聯合FOLFOX4方案是治療結直腸癌的一種新的有效方案，值得進一步推廣。
