目的　對比分析腹腔鏡與開腹低位保肛手術的預后。
方法　對國內外有關腹腔鏡與開腹低位保肛手術預后比較的文獻進行綜述。
結果　腹腔鏡直腸癌低位保肛手術與傳統開腹手術比較并不增加局部復發率及遠處轉移率。
結論　腹腔鏡低位直腸癌保肛手術的安全性、可行性以及長期預后尚需更多隨機對照的臨床試驗以及更多的循證醫學證據來驗證。
