LigaSure和超聲刀在Miccoli手術中的應用研究_《中國普外基礎與臨床雜志》

目的　比較LigaSure血管閉合系統與超聲刀在Miccoli手術中應用的手術時間和并發癥。
方法　回顧性分析上海交通大學附屬第六人民醫院普外科2007年1月至2011年12月期間684例行Miccoli術式患者的
臨床資料，其中應用LigaSure血管閉合系統者335例，應用超聲刀完成手術者349例。對其平均手術時間及術后常見并發癥（切口內血腫、一過性聲音嘶啞、永久性喉返神經麻痹及低鈣血癥）進行對比。
結果　所有684例患者中，有263例行甲狀腺全切除術，421例行甲狀腺腺葉切除術。使用超聲刀者手術時間略短于使用LigaSure血管閉合系統，但二者比較差異無統計學意義（P＞0.05）；二者的術后常見并發癥比較差異亦無統計學意義（P＞0.05）。
結論　LigaSure血管閉合系統和超聲刀設備應用于甲狀腺手術均是安全、可靠的，術者可根據手術習慣及醫院配備選擇應用手術器械。
