乳腔鏡手術治療男性乳腺發育癥11例報道_《中國普外基礎與臨床雜志》

目的探討乳腔鏡手術治療男性乳腺發育癥的手術方法和安全性問題。方法對我院自2010年2月至2011年3月期間收治的11例男性乳腺發育癥患者用乳腔鏡行單純皮下腺體切除術。結果11例手術均獲成功，術后3～6 d拔除引流管，術后平均住院時間12.5 d；術后發生皮下氣腫3例，乳頭部淺層缺血3例，無其他并發癥。結論乳腔鏡手術治療男性乳腺發育癥能達到常規手術無法取得的美容效果，且較為安全。乳腔鏡應用前景廣闊。
