目的　分析預實驗中大鼠原位肝移植常見的失敗原因，并提出相應對策。
方法　回顧性分析2008年3月至2009年3月期間預實驗中采用改良Kamada“二袖套”法行大鼠原位肝移植手術120例的資料。
結果　120例大鼠原位肝移植預實驗中失敗原因有：無肝期延長66例, 肝上下腔靜脈吻合失敗61例,肝下下腔靜脈吻合失敗17例,門靜脈吻合失敗12例,麻醉不滿意8例。成功21例(17.50%)。
結論　加強顯微外科技術的操作訓練，特別是肝上下腔靜脈的吻合，可提高大鼠原位肝移植手術成功率。
