Fournier綜合征診治分析（附6例報道）_《中國普外基礎與臨床雜志》

目的探討Fournier綜合征早期診斷和有效的治療方法。
方法回顧性分析我院2006～2009年期間收治的385例肛周膿腫并發Fournier綜合征患者的臨床資料。
結果 385例肛周膿腫患者中有6例并發Fournier綜合征，發生率為1.56%。經及時徹底清創、通暢引流、有效的抗生素和支持治療，全部治愈。
結論肛周膿腫可并發會陰區、陰囊、腹壁等處的Fournier綜合征，該病發生、發展迅速，早期診斷、早期徹底清創引流對預后起決定性作用。
