目的　探討自體外周血干細胞移植技術治療下肢動脈缺血性疾病的可行性及存在的問題。方法　
自2004 年3 月至2007 年2 月期間,我院采用自體外周血干細胞技術治療16 例患有嚴重下肢動脈缺血性疾病的患
者,通過采用重組粒細胞集落刺激因子動員骨髓干細胞增殖并釋放入血,在動員的第5～6 d ,通過CS23000 PLUS
血細胞分離機進行外周血干細胞采集,并將采集到的濃縮干細胞液做缺血肢體肌肉注射。結果　經治療后3～24
個月的追蹤隨訪,患肢靜息痛緩解,潰瘍愈合,間歇性跛行時間及距離延長。結論　應用自體外周血干細胞移植技
術治療下肢動脈缺血性疾病是可行且有效的,是治療缺血性疾病的一種新手段,但該治療方法處在臨床治療的初
級階段,尚需進一步研究和探討。
