【摘要】目的探討新基因BC047440在多種惡性腫瘤及對應癌旁組織中的表達，對該基因的癌表達譜進行初步研究。方法采用逆轉錄聚合酶鏈反應(RT-PCR)半定量檢測肝癌、膽管癌、胃癌、大腸癌、神經膠質瘤、乳腺癌及其相對應的癌旁組織中BC047440 mRNA的表達。結果在48例腫瘤中，BC047440基因的mRNA表達在肝癌、胃癌、膽管癌、大腸癌中較其對應癌旁組織高, 差異有統計學意義（P＜0.05或0.01）；在神經膠質瘤及瘤旁腦組織中均呈高表達，表達量差異無統計學意義（P gt;0.05）；在乳腺癌及其對應癌旁組織中不表達或低表達（P gt;0.05）。臨床病理學分析提示，BC047440基因的表達水平與肝癌及胃腸道腫瘤的生長、侵襲和轉移能力有關。結論 BC047440基因在肝癌、胃癌、膽管癌、大腸癌及神經膠質瘤中廣泛高表達，在這些腫瘤發病過程中可能是一個通過表達升高而發揮功能的結構基因。
