胃癌及癌旁組織中SKP2 和p27蛋白表達及相互關系研究_《中國普外基礎與臨床雜志》

目的　研究胃癌及其癌旁組織中SKP2和p27蛋白表達水平，探討兩者的相互關系及其臨床意義。
方法　49例胃癌及20例癌旁組織常規制作石蠟包埋切片，SKP2和p27染色方法為SP免疫組化法。
結果　胃癌組織中SKP2表達陽性率及其評分值明顯高于癌旁組織(P＜0.01)，而p27則相反(P＜0.05，P＜0.01)； SKP2 表達陽性和(或)p27表達陰性的癌旁組織呈中至重度不典型增生。SKP2和p27蛋白表達與癌細胞浸潤深度、有無淋巴結轉移、淋巴結轉移分站及有無遠處轉移有關(P＜0.05，P＜0.01)。在胃癌組織中SKP2 與p27評分值之間呈負相關(r=-0.65,P＜0.01)。
結論　SKP2和p27可能是反映胃癌發生、進展、生物學行為及預后的標記物。
