目的了解上皮型鈣黏附分子（E-cadherin）下調對腫瘤細胞浸潤能力的影響。
方法選用人胰腺癌細胞株JHP-1，經E-cadherin反義寡核苷酸（ASODN）作用，應用免疫細胞化學染色、Western blot法檢測細胞E-cadherin蛋白表達情況，細胞浸潤MTT比色法檢測該細胞對基底膜的浸潤能力。
結果經E-cadherin ASODN作用后， JHP-1細胞膜E-cadherin表達減弱， E-cadherin蛋白含量與對照組相比明顯降低； JHP-1細胞對基底膜浸潤能力明顯高于對照組（P＜0.001）。
結論E-cadherin與腫瘤細胞的浸潤能力有關。
