目的:總結肝移植圍手術期應用分子吸附循環系統（MARS）人工肝的經驗。
方法:回顧分析19例48次MARS人工肝治療的療效。
結果:單次或多次MARS人工肝治療能顯著降低血清總膽紅素、間接膽紅素、血氨、尿素氮、肌酐、尿酸等水平。19例患者中15例成功過渡到肝移植治療； 1例因免疫抑制劑中毒經MARS人工肝治療癥狀改善； 1例移植肝功能好轉； 1例晚期肝硬變患者治療后肝性腦病癥狀得到緩解，因各種原因不愿再行肝移植，出院后2周死亡； 1例患者因上消化道大出血未能等到肝移植而死亡。治療成功率為89.5%。
結論:MARS人工肝是治療肝功能衰竭安全而有效的輔助方法，為使患者能過渡到肝移植創造了機會。
